Through more than 15 years of working in law enforcement directing large scale fraud, money laundering and public corruption investigations, and high-risk tactical operations, Stoic philosophy provided the mindset edge that was the foundation of my professional success.

The same mindset that gave me an advantage throughout my career has also helped me cross dozens of Ironman, marathon, and ultra-marathon finish lines.
